etrioxs eLearning methodology is defined by its continuous learning cycle. Each segment represents a key learning stage for a user being introduced to new concepts or applications.
The Learning methodology allows our consultants to clearly map the components of learning for a desired topic. These components are then spread across the three modes of learning which are described as:
Realize – Developing training content which delivers the conceptual learning in a contextual manner realizing the business processes and impact.
Actualize – Allows immersive system or process experiences through simulated environments.
Assess – Quantify what has been delivered and test via evaluations |

| iProject Methodology: |
The iProject methodology is etrioxs own project management methodology for managing eLearning projects.
The methodology has been derived and built upon techniques and principles from industry best practice, however our methodology is refined to be specific to eLearning programs.
As we adhere to classical project management stages, we use a deliverables based approach ensuring the ability to track up to date progress and review status at any stage. |
